Dear Sir or Madam,

Last Sunday evening,we went to have dinner in your restaurant. It was my one-year-old daughter's birthday so we booked a non-smoking table at your restaurant

for 6:30 p.m.and we also invited some relatives.We arrived on time but were told that

our table were not yet ready.At 7:30 p.m,we were given two tables but I was told that

where were no other tables.A lot of people were smoking so it was uncomfortable and

unhealthy.

Our first waiter,Jack,was very polite and helpful.He gave us free drinks for waiting so long.Our food also came quickly and looked fresh and tasty.When my cousin had eaten most of his meal,he found a dead fly in his vegetables.He was shocked and wanted to leave.At first,the waiter told us it was a piece of garlic.When we told him that garlic doesn't have legs,he apologized and took the food away.

We asked for the bill,expecting not to pay for my cousin's meal.Nobody came. After 10 minutes,I asked to see the manager.The head waitress told us that you were on holiday. I complained again about the horrible fly.She told me Jack had finished work.

She didn't believe my story.I argued with her but was forced to pay.

In view of the poor service,I feel I am entitled to compensation
